My favorite new restaurant

Okay, so maybe there aren't a bunch of new restaurants opening right now, but Rhythm Kitchen is my favorite for 2009 so far. I have already been in twice and they just opened a few weeks ago. They serve Cajun style food, so think lots of seafood plus some oddities like alligator. The wine list isn't huge, but has some great prices that just can't be beat in Las Vegas. I love the location and heard that they are looking to have live music on special nights in the future.
