Roxanne, aka Roxy, is the Madrigal’s beloved bulldog. You’ll often find her snoozing under one of the CD shelves, or roaming around the plaza. Tom (Roxy’s and the Madrigal’s owner) is extremely music savvy, having come from a radio background, and he and his staff are great at making recommendations for classical, new age, blues and jazz music.
