Best italian food in HRM area

Wild Mushroom soup and Penne with pinenuts were excellent with a good wine collection. Ambience is always good. Thye have two locations one in Hlaifax one in Bedford both are great.

OverPriced But Tasty

I agree with Fiona about the pricey menu @ Il Mercato, but I did find the food amazing. Try their creamy tomato soup, highly recommended

Not in the market for Il Mercato

The decor is nice, the service is good, the menu is decent, but the food is over-priced. As an Italian, this would not be my first choice in the city for authentic Italian cuisine (instead, try La Perla in Dartmouth).
