Just recently purchased a van from Hillcrest Kia and experienced excellent customer service from Travis and "the Marks." They weren't at all condescending, didn't use pressure sales, were cool with us taking our time to shop around, answered all of our questions, and offered reasonable pricing. I also appreciated that they delivered the vehicle directly to our home!
