Overall Good Service

I never went to these guys before this year. I recently took my wheels in to be trued and it cost $40. I have reduced spokes with the inner tunings so I can see why they charged full price. They have an upper bound of $20 per wheel.

After taking in my wheels I decided it would be good to take the rest of my bike in just to be safe. One guy looked at it and told me it was in rough shape. Another guy looked at it and said they could take my money but there isn't anything they would do because it was in perfect shape. Needless to say I liked that guy. He even said that if they did do the tune-up he would check for a price reduction where I just paid for my wheels to get trued separately. Anyway, this second guy was very smart and informative.

They don't sell any used parts here. So you'll have to go elsewhere for that if that is what you are looking for. Overall they have some really nice stuff in here, but their clientele is quite large and you can expect to wait 2-3 days for some service.
