As a Software Engineer (R&D), you will be responsible for the analysis of business, engineering, and scientific problems and be charged with the documentation and development of well-defined methods, procedures, and programs in the delivery of practical systems solutions.
Education
- Bachelor, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Technical
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Operating system: Linux
- Thorough understanding of standard algorithms and data structures, and complexity analysis
- Knowledge of and experience with distributed computing, distributed file systems, or distributed databases.
- Experience in software development
- Experience working with terabytes of data is a plus
- Understanding of search engine internals is a plus
